The new European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) entered into effect on 25 May 2018. In light of this, we wish to inform you that your personal data (name, contact information) is saved in our corporate group’s sales database for the following purposes.
The legal basis for the use of your data in the sense of the GDPR is Art. 6 para. 1 (b) / Art 6 para. 1 (f) (maintaining/further developing our customer relationships).
We also store your personal data on the central server of our system provider Ledermann+Zeitgeist GmbH (Mainberger Straße 12, 97422 Schweinfurt), who acts on our behalf (Art. 28 GDPR).
