Digital developments and innovations are what drive us forward. At the same time, we are also committed to protecting your privacy.

The new European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) entered into effect on 25 May 2018. In light of this, we wish to inform you that your personal data (name, contact information) is saved in our corporate group’s sales database for the following purposes.

The legal basis for the use of your data in the sense of the GDPR is Art. 6 para. 1 (b) / Art 6 para. 1 (f) (maintaining/further developing our customer relationships).

We also store your personal data on the central server of our system provider Ledermann+Zeitgeist GmbH (Mainberger Straße 12, 97422 Schweinfurt), who acts on our behalf (Art. 28 GDPR).

No longer wish to receive messages from Brose in the future? In this case you can revoke your permission to use your data at any time without the need to state the reasons for doing so. Your rights
